Hey Beat ...

... knowing SteveS, that cigar probably made it into his 'premium' humidor (you know, the one he never smokes anything from?) ...

... only to look 'wantingly' at it once in awhile ... just waiting to smoke it when that 'special' moment arrives ...

... which never does ... 😉

Steve, I'm also interested in knowing whether or not you tried the cigars I sent, and of course, what you thought of them.

I almost went to SFO this week, Steve, but didn't get father west than Fort Smith, AR. The cigars I almost brought you were pretty good.

LOL !!!

eleltea ... other than the global headquarters of Arkansas Best Freight, what on earth is in Fort Smith, AR that was so great it could keep you from coming to SF ?? ...

SteveR ... not yet, but you'll be the first to know when I do ...

Slim ... the cigar Beat gave me is going into a "specials" humi alright ... it's one I'll never get around to smoking

Beat ... I've been hoping to get a pic of that cigar posted, but since none is forthcoming, I'll 'splain to the rest of the group just how special it was ...

To all ... Beat demonstrated an unerring knack for remembering something I'd posted here quite some time ago and combined that memory with his own stylish sense of humor to create a truly unique, one-of-a-kind “cigar” as a token of our friendship ... he went to a lot of trouble to do so and the result IS, in fact, a cigar that I'll not smoke, but will treasure forever ...

This beauty is carefully crafted from a ¾” length of galvanized pipe that is capped on both ends with one end featuring the butt of an actual (unsmoked) cigar …

Nope...I prefer smaller apparatis or hand rolled items.

Glass is too expensive. And besides, I get the dropsies.

Is it 4:20 yet?
