I just got a 25 ct. box of 7 by 54 torpedos with a $25.00 bid. Previously, during the boom, these were a beautifully constructed cigar. Another vendor has the following on their web page:
Evelio Oviedo is a truly remarkable man. He rolled cigars in Cuba, had a dry cleaning store in Harlem, made some more cigars in Honduras, and did other things over the course of his 60+ years in the cigar business. Those of you who have seen a ***'s catalog before already know this, and you may or may not care. What you should care about is that the man makes one hell of a cigar. We like what he makes so much that we named a brand after him! Evelio cigars are a medium to full-bodied smoke that are available in 5 sizes - 2 of them available in both Natural and Maduro. We have been selling them for about 4 years now, and they have always sold well. We have had trouble keeping them in stock --- Light one up today, so that someday Evelio can finally retire!" I've seen a few photos of Evelio and he's always described as Plasencia's tobacco blender.

I found that the Don Cassini's were very very mild and burned a little too fast. The flavor was mediocre at best and not a memorable smoke.
