Somewhere in southern Illinois north of the Ohio River

that looks like Rt 45 that cuts through Harrisburg IL and on down through Vienna IL... and runs on over to I-24

Actually. I came across the Ohio River From KY Rt60 into Cario and turned right and I think this is the road that took us up to a road on the left to cross the Mississippi into Cape Giradieu.
Sorry I dont remember the rt number

That possibly looks like Rt 3 which runs along side Illinois and I55 in Missouri. Rt 3 will take you straight into Cape.
