Steve gifted me two of these great cigars at a recent herf. Smoked the first one at the herf. It was smooth, with some great flavors of coffee and brown sugar and it produced a lot of creamy smoke.
About half way it stopped producing smoke. It was still lit, it wasn't plugged, I couldn't find any holes and it wasn't tunneling, but to get any smoke out of it I had to draw on it 3 or 4 times in a row. After 5 minutes it started producing smoke again, and for a few minutes it was fine. Unfortunatly it then went back to producing no smoke. I stayed with it because the flavors were outstanding but finally I had to let it die.
I chalked it up to the cigar still being very wet from shipping and Steve then gifted me another one(Sorry Low) to try at a later date. I gave that one a couple weeks in the humi and a full day in the dry box before smoking it. Same great flavors without the smoke problem. Needless to say I bought some more to store for a few months. They should just get better with age.
Thanks Steve!
