Edmonton, Alberta. It's a little early for us too. It snowed in first week of Sept. We don't usually see snow til halloween or into Nov.

What, is that French or something?

Canadian, America dropped the u in all their "our" ending words in the early 1900's. The UK also uses "our". "our" words did originate from the French languge as do 70% of English words.

Go to google.ca or .co.uk and and search the word colour and harbour. you'll find sites referencing something Canadian or Brit. Do it again and dropping the u and you'll find mostly American sites. google will also bring up some "our" sites as well which is pretty cool.
