The agents did not report the shooting to superiors, removed evidence from the scene of the shooting and submitted false reports about the incident, according to court records.
Oops. The first rule of law enforcement: You will screw the pooch, that's just how it goes. The trick is: Just don't lie about it - tell the truth, take your lumps, and you're fine. Duh.
