John,

Where are you fishing? The Sound was so socked in last weekend I could see the hill on top of Edmonds and the fog just sat down in the shipping channel. I was on top of the hill in Kingston looking east and you wouldn't even know there was water down there.

Looks like if he did get a nibble that pole would wack the cigar right out of his mouth. Those poles hooked to downriggers snap hard when hit! Looks like a fantastic time.

Goodwrench, this is Puget Sound not far from Edmounds(WA) ferry, exactly where castlewa mentioned above

Marla sure, but only if you handle my pole. Oh sorry I meant my rod. Hey you guys get your mind out of the gutter(so mine can float on by). I mean that would be fun.

I think I did catch one in the middle of that cigar.

Lookin' good John. I usually hate the rain, but when I'm on a boat, the worse the weather, the better (unless I'm tryin' to smoke). Go figure. E, you know you're welcome up here anytime. My brother can even take you diving.

John; I was just out here in August. Have friends that live on Whidbey Island. Just from looks of boats you have much different laws than we do. We can run three rods per person and have a limit of 5 fish per day. Do you run live bait rigs, spoons, or dodger and flies? What a beautiful place. We got to go to Friday Harbor and tried to see some whales but no luck. Still had a great time. GLEN

Lance; Have had a boat on Lake Michigan for 13 years. I love boating and fishing there as long as Vikings win one game a year Packer fans are not to hard on us. What find of frames do you build? Sheboygan is a very nice town and the marina is as good as I have seen. We have been there two years and I have a little to learn about the fishing there I love keeping the boat there.

Nice Picture, and I know castlewa doesn't pop in as much anymore, but I gotta say it . . . " It's a ROD, NOT a POLE ! ! ! "
