I sent you this video of my friend Marty Goetz. I have all his cds and I probably would not watch it any more but I did enjoy it. If you don't want it give it to your daughter-in-law , my sister in Christ,as she would probably enjoy it .The smokes are in the box I hope there ones you like. i slept for 30 hours and missed all my meds for that day.

every so oten i find my strange hours catching up with me like jet lag. if i go a week with 2 hours of sleep one day and 3 the next, i reach the point where i am too tired to sleep. enter 10 mg of sinequan (doxepin) and i go gently into that good night. this happens about two or three times a year. i think it is the same meds nurse crockett gave out in "one flew over the cuckoo's nest" to keep the nuts lethargic and manageable. perhaps that is why i sleep a long time when toby makes stew.
