Since Schlitz is mostly water, it doesnt burn your nose as bad when you view it again later that evening.

I remember when I was 18. If I couldn't get Pabst Blue Ribbon, I would settle for Schlitz. Both were around $1.50 a 6 pack. Guess nothing's changed in 30 years. young folks are still spending huge money on frills and very little on what's really important. Or, you could look at it this way... cheap rent.

What's wrong with Schlitz beer? I drank a bunch of it in high school.
One thing about Schlitz......when guys raided your cooler at parties, they would back out & go raid somebody elses cooler. I used to love hear the thief/moochers indignantly yell "Schlitz???!!!"
