A few months ago, I had ordered through a certain co. a couple of personalized Excaliber cigars. The deal was one for you and one or a friend. I ordered mine, and received a letter saying that they would be delivered to my local retailer. That was 2 months ago. I called The local shop named in the letter and he said he knows nothing about this, and that he received several phone calls concerning the same thing.

My question is has anyone else had this problem, and or corrected it. Thanks.

Same here..........Shop owner called the rep and was told that if I received an email to the same affect as ya'll then they will arrive someday. In the meantime I've already smoked a box of King Arthurs.
