adgrant..... I was born in Casper, and come from pure WY stock. Mom from Worland, Dad from Thermopolis...both went to WYO!

Now, the fish...

42" and 37 lbs. biggest Red I've ever caught...We got about 14 that day, and 6 of them were slots..(between 20-28")..good eaten there...all others oversized and released.

Dad used to take us fishing up by Cenntenial (sp) for trout, like his dad did before him. Gramps started a Lutheran church in Laramie.

jd1, they require a tag if you keep one over 28". This was too damn big to be any good to eat, and mounting a redfish seems a waste to me. Let em breed!!


jdlizzard, My wife and I go up to WY every summer to fish..My parents live in Thermopolis. Good trout action in Saratoga, Pinedale (Cheney has a BIG spread there).
