he's very good at disguises, and false addresses.
i believe i know who it is, but also falsely accused another BOTL of being an accomplice, so i'm not sure what to think anymore.

A town in "north west" Pennsylvania, just off of Interstate 80.
Very convenient location, if you ask me. Anyone traveling through could hop off the highway and drop one in the mail.

I was hit in the shoulder as I walked up my porch tonight. A solo shot, but I'll survive. I think he is a BOTL/SOTL from Cbid and using various zip codes of other BOTL.

So, this "SNIPER" is using different zip's, not the same one?

yeah, i got er twice, both return addy same style, but different city's and zips.
the BOTL'S i been workin with this on all had the same thing.
me and Dave have postmasters workin on this, so the scoundrel wont slip away clean, besides, he's gonna make 1 mistake. they always do.

perhaps some clues to who he is might be found on the "biggest, baddest" thread as well. Whoever he is...he seems like a heavy hitter and there were a lot of people talking about mysterious people who hit pretty hard. Maybe we need to look into which heavy hitters have been particularly quiet recently. Whoever it is, he/she has access to a lot of names and addresses and I know someone like that...someone who was asking for them a few months ago...someone who was particularly interested in playing a sort of hitman type game

If you guys would just play nice, I'm sure he/she would leave you alone.

It isn't me. I don't believe in snipers when I have artillery.

You were my first thought...but I there's someone else that, I think fits the bill. I e-mailed him a little while ago telling him that I thought it was him and told him I wanted the truth or I was calling him out.
