Facts and logic like when conservatives come out against eminent domain because of the sacred right to not have your private property infringed on, but eminent domain is a key factor in the Keystone pipeline getting built?

Yes. Warren Buffet having a HUGE financial stake in the railway that transports all of that oil from Canada, that would be eliminated by Keystone, doesn't factor in at all. No, it's "eminent domain."

How much did Buffet contribute to Idi Amin Jr's campaign again?

Oh, and that challenge in Nebraska over the Keystone pipeline? That's not over eminent domain. It is over who has the authority to claim eminent domain : the governor's office, or some internal state agency. However, all of this liberal hysteria aside over the Keystone pipeline, the debate over eminent domain has ZERO to do with the Keystone pipeline, and had more to do with greedy Democrat-controlled cities taking land and homes away from poor people, and putting up high-priced homes and real estate so that they could increase their tax base.

One deals with a public service / utility - which eminent domain has ALWAYS been about - and the other has to do with taking property from poor homeowners, and simply giving it to wealthier homeowners or businesses mainly for the accumulation of taxes. And that is what is outrageous.

Eminent domain challenges, like the ones occurring in Nebraska and Texas and common in these types of situations, and it is what the concept is supposed to be all about. What do you think was used when Al Gore's daddy decided to build all of those freeways? Hummm...?
