Question on Cohiba's.

Shouldn't the Cohiba 2001 EL's torps have the "old" Cohiba band?? The Cohiba Dbl Corona EL 2003 have the "new" gold band. Maybe I'm wrong... I hope I am...

Low, there 2004. there real, same place I got the monte C's.( check the post HOG about 125 back) The pic I posted a while back had the 2001 band with the 03 gold. But never came to a definte conclusion it was fake. Xrundog said" That's the newer Monte label. 03 Cohiba label on a 01 EL. Weird but not unheard of." so who knows, I smoked it and looked like these so it was a good fake. I have not had the chance to ask the guy I got it from for another one. I want to trade him one of these to compare.

Oh yea, this was a mixed box so obviously not sealed. I wanted to try a assortment of my favorite size. They Could all be fake!

Ya know anything about the Diplomaticos next to them?

Might be the picture but even though the bands are different, most of them look like the same cigar.

No expert on Havana's though.

Does that mean you have to buy cellophane wrappers so you can put them back on to store them? Cello on or off? Which is the right way.

where i come from they say tooked.

it depends how much the cigars cost each whether you have been tooked.

if they are suppossed to be from an ISOM maybe you done got tooked, but they look like nice cigars to me.
mine are mostly bent from keeping them in a side pocket.

Rayder, there all torpedoes.My supplier is a French Canadian, I guess I won't hold that against him. I have talked to him several times and he is a nice enough chap, hey he usually tosses in a free cigar!

Looks like my supplier substitute Diplomaticos for the San Cristobal. I did not realize he did that till I looked at my first invoice. No biggie.I smoked one last night (Diplomatico)and it was good but a tad mild for my palate so half way through I light up a Monte C Limitada and finished both together.I don't know if that's proper cigar etiquette but since I was by myself it worked for me! In fact it was quite enjoyable!
