I spoke with Jorge Padron at the Vegas Big Smoke. I think he said March, 2002. Only 1/3 the production of
the regular Anniversario. Didn't ask about price but the "1/3 production" might tell you something.

I was hoping to find one in my stocking for Christmas, I guess not.
