. . . sorry for the crappy quality. . . . follow the yellow arrow to see the sled. . . .

. . . anyone follow snowcross? This is Todd Wolff at Vernon Downs NY, a few years ago. . . . and he was originally a cross country racer who wasn't comfortable with the new "made for tv big air tracks". . . this jump left people's jaws dropped open. . . . I raced on this track right before the picture was taken, and I got about 3 feet off the ground on the same jump. . .

. . . . sport is a lot of fun, but it's popularity is starting to wane. . . . if anyone gets a chance, check them out on the xgames in January. . . .

PAUL; They do get up in the air. Much harder that supercross, snow changing real fast and lighting not that great. Both sports that can look easy on tv but in real life hard to believe. Just being 4 feet in the air on the back side of a tall hill scared the crap out of me. LOL

. . . you've got that right Glen. . . . . this is by far the most exhaustive thing I've ever done (yes, even more tiring than question 5). . . .

. . . . . I could go 8 hours straight on the gnarliest, nastiest, ungroomed Tug Hill trails, at full throttle, standing up, stopping only for gas, and not break a sweat. . . . . . . yet, 1 lap on a snowcross track, and the arms and legs turn to jelly, and I'm wheezing like an old man who lost his oxygen tank. . . . .
