When I get cigars with wrappers on them, am I supposed to remove the wrapper before I store them in the humidor. Do better cigars come wrapperless?

You are going to get different answers to this question from everyone but truly it is personal preference. IF you are going to let the cigars age in the humidor than I would say take the Cello off, some people leave it on so they are easier to transport or rummage through in your humidor. Check the tons of info on this subject on the search. And no cello does not denote the quality of a cigar Its just manufac. preferance.

I like to take the wrapper off and smoke the tobacco in the cello. Nice smooth smoke once you get past the toxins....

Maybe that's what I will do to get around the amonia problem.

don't smoke the cello wrapper till it's properly aged
