On a serious note, that's a gorgeous car. A few of my neighbors back home have Prowlers. They're fun to drive around in.

Our greenskeeper at my golfcourse has one. Red like this one and i bet it has less than 500miles on it. He's a busy man. His plates say "prowrfl"

Trick question! They only license these in Nevada and Amsterdam. No slot machines, so obviously not Nevada. No tulips, so this can't be Amsterdam.

Wait, my bad....now I see the tulips. But, then, where are the windmills? Now I am confused. Where in heck would they put the license?
