Only 18 more days till pitchers and catchers report to Spring Training, and the great sport begins the 2005 baseball season! I love the lore and history of baseball. Just cannot wait till they start the season! April 3 Boston Red Sox vs the New York Yankees in season opener! Hope Schilling is ready to go, but not sure he will be by then!

Charlie

I plan on driving up to Baltimore and catching a few games and seeing Sosa...

Can't wait, Charlie.

Will be at opening day in the Metrodome. Horrible place to watch ball, but I can't stay away from the game.

Might try to make it to Omaha this June, too.

I want to go to Camden Yards this year. I've heard the stadium is beautiful. AND I think the Phillies are gonna go all the way this year.....

ROFL

baseball sucks.

After the superbowl, i'll be grouchy for about 6 months, until nfl training camp starts...

Hope the Tigers continue to improve, 21 years is a long time to wait to see them win!!! Hey MACS, just spend the summer fishing!! Or watch the Arena League

baseball, we don't need no stink'n baseball...

Hey Trish, just remember the NL pennant comes through Atlanta.

Hey Charlie, 17 days till spring training opens up, but 18 days till the NASCAR Season begins with the Daytona 500!!! You know me and I'm a NASCAR/Basball nut, so I'm getting ready for racing, then baseball!!!

First race for me will be 2nd race of the year when they are in Fontana, CA, then I get Opening Day for my GIANTS April 5 (four days before CigarFest 05) which I'll be at, the two weeks later down to Phoenix for the Saturday night NASCAR race.

Not to mention my season tickets in San Francisco for my GIANTS!!! If any BOTL/SOTL are visiting CA during baseball season, let me know and we can go to a game together!

The weather is great today, gonna be in the 70's around the Bay, so spring is in the air!!!

I can't wait....Even though the A's pitching staff looks a little shaky this year, I'm starting to get really excited. Last year I decided that three sports were a little too much in my life. I thought that either football or basketball were going to have to go. At the beginning of football season, I just really wasn't that ineterested because of baseball and I thought well....maybe this is the one. Then basketball started and I didn't have the interest to watch it either. Baseball is coming soon and I am itching to get out to the ballpark....go Oakland

Ah yes...the freshly mown grass, crack (or "ping" if its little league)of the bat, spring in the air...

Not coaching again this year. I didn't miss it last year, burned out after 10 years, but I think this year Im going to miss it.

Giants will win the West. Even with that Geritol lineup. Well it helps that the NL West sucks. Thanks to the LA PudWackers sticking their heads in their collective butts this off season. THANKS GUYS! We will enjopy beating the crap out of yout his year!

HEY! Get that NASCAR crap of this thread! For God Sake turn RIGHT for once!!

enjopy?????

WHERE THE HELL IS THE EDIT BUTTON!!!!

Edit the Giants and their geritol lineup, if they all can hold their walking canes and Bonds can keep the "clear" and the "cream" unconfussed they will be good in the West that is!

Giants starters could be a good suprise for them this year!

Charlie

BASEBALL, NASCAR???????!!!!!!!

Somebody please pinch me.

I'm so excited I could fart.

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Maybe it's better when you see it live.

BS summed it up - may as well add golf, tennis, bowling.

I do have to say Camden was worth seeing but I went to give blood not see a game.

LOL!!!

Got your gun, bass? Cover me!

You forgot professional cricket, shuffleboard, polo, badminton, synchronized swimming, and pie- eating.

Better scratch pie- eating. That can be nerve-wracking.

Hey whats wrong with pie-eating? Don't the women enjoy it?

And for BeatDragon, go to Sears Pt. (Infenion), they DO turn right!

Oh, more for BeatDragon, . . . April is also a great month because salmon season opens!!!

Um yeah...and bass fishing is television viewing at its finest...

Bunch of grown men kissing fish...neat

Do you know what fish do in the water?
