quick background. between the ages of 7 and 13 the family lived in a government housing project under the queensboro bridge known to many as the 59th street bridge and that is where i played stickball.

toby collects tee shirts in addition to beanies, and barbies, and etc...

during our cruising period that lasted about 10 years, many times we would dock near a town on sunday when stores were closed. toby found this little clothing store in some town in costa rico and there was my tee shirt.

Cool Rick, must have been fantastic to cruise around. Did you ever dock in Honduras? Why wife is from La Ceiba.

we cruised the caribbean a few times, went throught the canal once, did a hawaiian cruise once. mexico about a dozen times and alaska once on holland america, a great cruise line.

after a while, about the time they don't want you to smoke cigars unless you sit in a dingy and they tow you, it gets repetitious.

you don't stay any place long enough to enjoy it, although we fell in love with the people on nassau and went back and spent 10 days there.

you should take at least a few cruises because you will enjoy the newness of cruising. get the cheapest cabin you can. everyone eats the same and goes to the same places and your room is just for changing clothes and sleeping anyway.

do all the activities you can and you will meet some very nice people.
