Here's my last "just because" scenic shot. Inspired by StLouisBluesAddict.

Took this summer of 01 in mountains just north of Santa Fe New Mexico. The tower is normally fully lit up...but a blackout had just occurred, and the power was still in the process of restoring.

There's a fun legend about "Holcombe Harry"...the ghost who haunts that auditorium. I like how the strike kind of looks like a stick figure dancing on the roof. Good stuff.

Din't think about it until afterwards...but standing under a metal canopy next to a big lake during am mountain thunderstorm wasn't to bright. 🙂 Photo was worth it though. Also untouched...a few specks from scanning in (pre-digital camera)
