He barks. We have three children and we got him as a pup, so he's way to kind. As long as he barks, I know somebody is outside.......hehe. He's a bit high strung so he stays outside. But he's the third boxer we've had and all have been great with our children.

I have NEVER had any problems with my dog around my,or anyone elses children. If he doesnt like what the kids are doing he just get's up and leaves. Never growls.

I dont think you could have a better dog around kids. And that includes Retrievers.
