Are there a dozen (or so) of us out there with sufficient recovery time (like maybe a year or more?)and interest in a birthday club to celebrate recovery anniversaries?

be a nice change-up after all that dang cake..(hee hee)

maybe if it's too late in the year to start, we could file the idea and start one next year?

ok that's four....maybe there'll be some more soon. we could make it real easy if there are two b-days in one month by just "assigning" a month....or, we could just have two on some months.....

wow, with just five smokes, you could do some damage without damaging the wallet too bad. that's really how i like it anyway.....five great smokes as opposed to many not so good. i think it's great that guys can open up a little about their recovery......

waaay to many are silent. that is their business but it really helped me when i got clean to know that their was hope. going on seven years and my life has never been better.

Count me in, working on year 6,now if I could just recover from this back injury I would be set.......

I'm a FNG myself..., 18delta, I think, is the
"daddy FOG" here so far and has lotsa exp in these club thangs. I think we're talkin about once the group and calendar are set up we each send sticks to the herfer(s) whose anniversary dates fall in a month (close as practical to the date)... with recovery dates should we wait til it's a done deal (participant posts or emails on honor system with a report of success?)? or is the month close enuf? so then each participant would send P/SP sticks (up to a 5er) to each month's honoree(s) which means you would receive gars from each of the others when its your month... Chris, am I close here, or should we consider something else?
