Do you really like these? Im asking because ive read great reviews on this brand of ISOM's,but not many people talk about them. I have a "friend" who's getting me some La Punta's next week.

VERY NICE!

The 04 isoms are really tight, right now. Boy are they strong!
They just aren't showing as much flavor as they will in 6 months to as much as three years. It depends on the cigar.
Many of the well reviewed isoms are more approachable now.
That being said, I havn't tried the San Christobal line yet, but they are on my wish list.
These look exceptional, and dark. Darker than the VR Famosos I just recieved. Those are really strong, but no chocolate flavors yet. Patience leafhopper, patience!

Eric, You are right....these are from May 04 and are very nice right now, but I need to have a little restraint and they will only get better.

San Cristobal's are my cigar of choice for a night out with a drink or two (pretty much a nightly thing for me, so I guess I put away about a box a month).

I prefer the El Morre, it's a bigger smoke, but tastes good.

One thing you'll notice about these is that as you smoke it down, it will change in taste about 3 times. It gets best towards the middle, and sometimes can really go bad at the finish......but no worries, if it does, just toss it.

You'll be pleased I believe.

I've never smoked one. I've put a few El Principe's and El Morre's away in the past couple years, but not the Punte's. I'll have to try one. How do you like them?

i just recieved a box today. I'll have to let them rest for awhile. I posted a pic today but it wont show up until tomarrow.

i read some reviews aboutthem and they all seemed to be good. what ever that's worth. right?

2003 box I got is real good. Right now much better smoke than my 2004 Nov. box of psd4's.
