Smoked many a Pleiades and some of the Pleiades Sirius. Never had a problem with uneven burn. Maybe your'dor is too wet? It could have been a batch that wasn't properly constructed well. This too can happen. Yet, Pleiades has a track record of good construction and quality control. A nice, mild smoke.
