Overworks the kidneys more than a danger to the heart, I think, in cases where the meat is lean. This case... meat's not lookin' so lean! haha

I finished the 48 oz steak at the Shulas Steakhouse in Miami Beach. I made myself extremely ill, duh, and I was sweating cow fat the next day. I did get on the wall of Fame (shame). Not my shining moment. Never again.
