chicken chunks, frybread...

we tried to bread chicken in Cap'n Crunch cereal last night, but it didn't turn out as expected. It wasn't bad, but the cereal carmalized and came off the chicken (baked in the oven). My wife did something wrong I'm sure. 🙂

I've rolled boneless chicken breast in crushed frosted flakes before and it's gooooood !!!

You might not believe this, but if you are doing a big oyster roast with multiple variations - rinse oysters, drop in bowl of beaten eggs, roll in crushed frosted flakes with a pinch of salt, flash fry..... mmmmmmmmm.

still can't quite get the concept of armadillo eggs...

armadillo eggs are jalepenos stuffed with cheese & sausage then wrapped in bacon and deep fried.... good stuff...

my stomach just growled, ya bastid.

if i ever make it up there, THAT is what i want to eat!
