Yep....cheese curds from Wisconsin. I got the box from the mailbox and noticed it was pretty heavy. I thought,oh lord what has Blacky done now? I opened the box and the first thing i see are orange peanuts. Wait a second....those are not packing peanuts. And then i had a good chuckle. But what do i do with them? Can i make nachos?

Snack on them. Very good with sausage bites....

Again with the cheese curds!

oh, i just clear that up by drinking the works,(in the red bottle), blood. LOL it needs a little MGD for flavor.

jeff, eat em when they're room temp. they're also called squeaky cheese. if ya eat em fresh, @ room temp, they kinda squeak on yer teeth.

bucky also has a good point, batter em and deep fry em, and they're great.
