^it would probably be good, but dolphin is so friggin delicious grilled/broiled/raw/fried that I'd be hard pressed to smoke it....especially when it is so fresh.

We had one fish slightly larger jump the gaff IN the boat and end up on the transom (where I was unable to grab it before it took off).
