I strongly doubt that ... 400 yds "maybe", but the ballistic coefficiencies of that bullet, minimal weight/grains, coupled with ogive won't allow it to stay within the required accuracy parameters.

We have ground squirrels in Calif; they are famous out here for being Bubonic plague carriers. They are cute to look at but don't touch.
