Kind of, chip. If you run a whois on a domain name, it will tell you who owns it.

Right, wrong, or otherwise, I don't think it is fair to put someones full address and phone number up on a website for all to see. The name and city would of been equally informative. I see a possible lawsuite coming towards the owner of the site.
