Breakfast club at the Boulder Brewery, lots of beer, not so cigar friendly in Colorado. 4 days of haze with good friends. Samplers all around!2871592.jpeg

they wouldn't let you smoke outside?

I guess in Boulder, that is not too surprising. After all, you would be adding to Global Warming and all ... LOL

Looks good, but I'm afraid they would get warm. Do you have to drink them really fast?

12 x 4 oz, some just weren't for me, so we didn't always finish every one, but then again, didn't want them to go to waste. Eight brewerys and the Denver BrewFest with old buddies that go back to cub scouts and 1st grade with.

So essentially, they poured you 4 12-oz beers at once. Yeah, if it was warm out outside at all, I wouldn't like that. I dont want to have to drink it that fat.

Looks very cool but doesn't seem too functional to me. Maybe if they put them in a little ice tray of some sort...

You guys know that not all beer needs to be 1 degree off from being frozen solid like Coors/Bud/MGD/etc to be palatable? I like 'em cold too but many microbrews come alive when they are warmer.

I don't remember the beer getting warm being an issue. It was interesting to taste all the different types, but after a few samplers, everything was wonderful anyway.

#8 - Good Point

#9 Yeah, I know. Germans drink their beer warm. Yadda Yadda.

I dont like luke warm beer. I dont like Room temp beer. It's just me.

I like cold beer. Doesn't have to be frozen, but must be cold. Period.

#10 Definitely jealous. I wish we had a beer festival in Texas somewhere. I've never heard of one if there is one.

If your beer needs to be frozen to be enjoyed. Its time to look for another. If you can see the blue mountain through the window go to the next cooler.

Taste preference I suppose. You can drink all the warm coors light you want. I'll stick to my cold porters.

twisted, I gave you a place that is extremely cigar friendly. Dry Dock in Aurora.

What did you think of Falling Rock?

Aurora was not on the agenda, Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins. Since I was the only cigar smoker and being a flatlander in the mountains, lack of solid air was also an issue.

I appreciate your recommendation though.
