What do you call a postman with no arms?... I don't know either, but a Blacky & Edbug hit took them both off. He looks like the Knight in Holy Grail. The postman says its merely a flesh wound.

Background on these two jokers. I meet them in person at Al's Perdomo fest a few months back. I talk to little Edbug first(he's probably 6'4" and about 300 pounds) but he looks (and is) bigger in person. Great guy, likes to laugh. True heart of gold type of guy.

Blacky comes swaggering in, dressed all in black. Even the whites of his eyes are black. (Hey, lets start calling him Blacky! Oh.. never mind). You can tell by looking at him that he can be your best friend or your worst nightmare. And he'll probably oblige you either way.

I start talking to Blacky and 10 minutes later, he gives me a CAO Brazilla. What for? He just shrugged and smiled.
On the way out, Edbug asks for my snailer, I give it.
Midwest Herf, I see these guys again. Everyone is exchanging smokes left and right, but you can't just treat Blacky, he has to get you back. Edbug is cut from the same cloth, and drank Shirley Temples like they ran out of style (by the way Edbug, they ARE out of style).
I waited a month and then decided to throw a firecracker (not enough ammo for a "bomb" yet)at both of them. Nothing much, a few smokes just to say "hi".

Today, I get hammered by both of them. They both bomb me with double digit smokes.
Bug with the Gurkha Black Diamond, a couple La Vieja's, a Monte that Fidel may have watched being made and a simply stunning Torano Tribute.

Blacky slaps me around with a La Gloria Cubana, a Belinda Epi#5, a Fonseca from The Island.
Both these guys hit me with RyJ Reserve Maduros and CAO Blacks.

Enough!

The cartoons have Batman and Robin.

The 70's had Starsky and Hutch.

What we have here in Wisconsin is Blacky and Edbug, who from this day forward will be "Cheese" (Blacky) and "Sausage" (Edbug).

Don't mess with these boys.

Edbug is another very generous, apparently affable, "take me as I am" botl who sounds like my cup 'o tea as well.
