Made in Esteli, Nicaragua --that's the same region that they make the Knock-Off Padrons in. Just figured you might want to know. I just bid on 5 of the boxes.

I like em...very good $1 stick. Some will tell you they are too mild but I haven't destroyed my pallet to the point of thinking so (had to take a jab at the old timers). Very creamy and age brings out a nuttiness (like with people).

I prefer the Consuls but have some #6 and Petites on hand for short timing it.

I find the regular wrapper boring but the maduros are fairly tasty.

That and the 5 Vegas are my just-gotta-smoke-something smoke when there's nothing to celebrate (like 'Festa de Nossa Senhora dos Navegantes Porto Allegre,' which I'm sure everybody celebrated yesterday).

I think theyre a good little cigar. Good draw, even burn, good flavor. Especially for the price, great deal. Theyre the perfect cigar for people who dont want to give their top shelfs away to moochers, but dont want to give them dog rockets either.
