Reminds me of one of my old fishing spots in NY, but it was a lake. Still looked like that in a way.

I have plenty of gear!!! Any time. If the water is right, there have been many evenings where I would catch well over 20 smallmouths in a 300 yard wade upstream. It all depends on the night. I would go back the next night and not catch a thing. It would be best to head about an hour north where I grew up and fish the Kokosing River. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the fishing is amazing. I was up there last fall and caught this fish. Its a great river.
