Made it down to Bend OR on Saturday. We ate and drank at the Deschutes Brewery Public House. Good food and better beers. He had the Brown Ale and I got the St. Patio stout.

Deschutes Brewery...Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Black Butte Porter, Obsidian Stout....mmmmmmmmmmmm. Top three breweries all time. I have yet to have a bad beer from them, haven't had any of the two you mentioned though. I'll have to make it up there

These two beers were/are available only at the brewery. The stout was on a nitrogen tap. So good, so good.

That looks good! Nice heavy dark gravity pour. I really like their beer.

Thom we need to get you up north here. I will get the gang together and take you down to Boundary Bay Brewery for a scotch ale, good stuff. Plenty of homebrew in my fridge at home too.
