Ever had anyone suggest a sleep study? I had one and this is what they do to you. Diagnosis; Sleep apnea.

Yep, had one of those done myself. They wire you all up that way and then they tell you to "try to sleep normal." Yeah, right.

Talk about good timing..
I go back this Wednesday night for my second sleep study.
I swore I'd never do it again after the first one. Oh well, I just hope I get more then the one hour of sleep I had during the first one.

Whatever you do, just give 'em your rank, name, & serial number.

The burns on your genitals will heal in time.

Another fun part of the Sleep Study is trying to get out the pasty C*#P that they stick the electrods on with. It reeks havoc with your hair & sclap; takes about 2 days to really get rid of it.

Its worth all the hassel. Getting that machine has been life altering for me. More energy better attitude etc well worth the trouble.

Yup, had one done at the V.A. It sucked! I slept less than I normaly did, with all the wires tangleing you up.

The crap they put in your hair to stick the electrodes on with is like putty. Took forever to get it out.

The room was dead quiet. I can't sleep in quiet places. Every little noise I hear wakes me up. It's a momento from my time served Vietnam. Even my snoreing or heavy breathing wakes me up if it's quiet.

I can't sleep on my back because of apnea.

I also can't stand anything on or near my face. Let alone that f@#king thing they wanted me to stick up my nose and wear on my mouth and nose.

Got no relief from my study. Good luck to those that did.

I'd drink myself to sleep, but I'd be afraid of rolling over on my back and dying without a cigar in my mouth.

I envy all of you that can sleep through anything and get a full nights restful sleep. It's been 30+ years for me. Yawn!

I did not like the mask i now use a small unit called a nasal pillow system, no mask over the mouth jst a small thing under my nose wit a couple elastic straps . It works great. I also take a Chinese herb prescribebed by my Accupunturist : Knocks me out.

^JackConrad has a "Do it Yourself" kit- comes with 50 electrodes and a book on lost memories. LOL!

Kidding aside, I'm glad that the procedure is improving your health.

If you would.. Email me. I'd like to hear more about the nasal pillow system and how it's working for you.
Thanks
