My snack while smokin the chickens. Hass avocado with my home made Habanero, tomotilla, Chile Verde, cilantro, cactus, onion and what ever else I might have thrown in. VERY HOT, mucho Habanero.

If I had some tortilla chips, I think I'd go finish off that jar of your sauce. (mental note.....go and get some chips).

I have an offset box type smoker and I've smoked just about everything legal you can think of, including habaneros & cayennes.
