How can anyone get a good resolution for a 100KB max pic? I've had to shrink this and crop it, and it's no-where as good as the original. I'll try to send a bigger one, her face is much more intense.446415.jpg

I found ADOBE Photoshop 7 on the net. It has a feature that will take a picture, save it for the web at a reduced size, but not cropped. Nice feature. It will take a large file and convert it to a JPEG with GREAT quality. You don't lose resolution, but you reduce the file size.

The pic you posted is still great. She looks like a winner.

I too see her intensity. I could never figure out how they can pitch that way and not hit the crowd! Your a proud dad and rightly so!

Yep, it's my 12 year old. She's not bad, she pitches for the local rec league, and just finished up as the #1 for the 12&U All Stars. I'm moving her up to 14&U for the Fall season, I'm hoping I don't have to take her as a pitcher--so I can let her be a fielder. Natural talent, she's got a wicked change. And yeah, she throws in the low 50's--which is pretty damn fast when you're standing 40 feet away. I don't know how these girls can hit 'em.

What I think is priceless is the positioning/attitude of the left fielder.
