Pablo's wife Delia (I hope I spelled that right) is in the yellow shirt. His daughters are sitting in the chairs facing away from the camera. Millie is cutting some cake. My wife is sitting close to the plant and the big galoot behind her is my son.

Thanks for the compliment on the floors. They are oak, plank hardwood. The wife insisted on that floor when we walked through the model (which had the upgrade). It was a bit more expensive, but i'm glad we did it.

Pablo wants the first piece of cake.... I think everybody gained a couple of pounds with all the good food.

Easy to keep clean and if it gets messed up, sand it and lay down more lacquer.

Ya know... my wife and I looked at the models... and of course the model had the hardwood floor upgrade... and she said if we were going to buy this house we HAD to have the wood floor.

I'm glad she made me pay the extra money.

Did I mention I loved her? She just went to get me more beer, as I cracked my last one.
