If human beings can be reduced to the behaviors of animals because of a temporary lack of order then they should be treated accordingly. Make an announcement that anyone caught looting will be shot and if they survive they will go to jail.

I just read on article online and the police and firefighters are looting stores, but they are keeping track of what they're taking. In a situation like this, the POPO and firefighters need to do this to help in the search and rescue phase(Soon to be RECOVERY phase)

Heard on the radio this morning that some East TX hotels were price gouging...punishable for up to $20k per offense.

I think they qualify as sunzabitches too...
