I almost didn't get this picture because I was so emotionally choked up ... this is MrsS dancing with one of the heros of her life ... it's our youngest son Jim who, being less inhibited than most, had removed his shirt and tie when he and I went outside (into triple digit temps) to celebrate the day with a couple of Habana's finest ...

To understand why I was so emotional in seeing the two of them dancing, you need to know that 5 years ago this past June, on the morning of our 35th anniversary, MrsS was hit by a speeding car while walking across a street in Las Vegas ... she was in a coma for a week at the UN Hospital and remained in intensive care for 3 weeks ... Jim was the first of our sons to arrive at his mother's bedside and he did not leave until she pulled through ...

She has said since then that the strength he lent her was the key ingredient in her being able to hang on to a very slender thread and climb back from the abyss ...

You and the Mrs have done a fine job!

As for the outfit? I invented the suit pants and t-shirt look...

in which case, Jim probably owes you a lot of royalty payments ... on necktie occasions, he tends to switch to this look about as quickly as possible
