The Cottonmouth Water Moccassin is common in the LA area and all of the south, and everytime there is a big hurricane, they are seen looking for a place to get out of the water! They can get to be about 5 feet long, but that is uncommon!

or just leave em alone and the rat problem will be reduced

Place em in the storefronts and looting will stop

They could be quite benificial in NOLA right about now
