Actually, I was a gunner for about 5 years on a M102. As a young man i didn't need earplugs, it kept me from hearing the deflection properly. Now I have about a 75% loose of hearing in my left ear.

No trouble, I have an old Bulldog with tumors on his skin, one burst. Yuck!
