To get technical, the best preventive war would only be one strike, and there would be no one to strike back, so it wouldn't really be a war, would it?

It is my firm belief that if you do not show people that you cannot and will not be stepped on, they will step on you. It is the prudent thing to do to keep your foot a bit higher, so to speak.

Thats the whole idea behind having more and faster nukes than the other side. One strike and its over.

I'm on a similar page with MACS. But even if you could destroy 100% of the enemy, you'd probably have to then fight against all those people that are friends, family and those sympathetic to the fallen.

What if you you had enough firepower to eliminate EVERYBODY else? Or at least enough to keep everybody else from crossing the ocean or using air power to get at us? Just a thought.

Say you nuke every square inch of China for instance. That's all well and good, but there would be more than a few Chinese nationals around the world-including here in the States that would start terrorist typel trouble.

In order to make sure we git all the bad guys, we;d have to nuke ourselves in the process.

He understood that I was imperfect. I told you man, I wasn't trying to be blasphemous, I was merely making a point. The point being, if you turn the other cheek, expect to get punched in it.

Be prepared for war at all times, but do your best to avoid it. If it looks like you're about to get punched, punch first, ask questions later... your very life may depend on it.
