I guess I'd take the win no matter how it happened, but I almost felt dirty watching that. Just glad I didn't have to make that call...

The Angels should protest and have that umpire crew replaced with a more competant one

I am an Angels fan and you cannot fault the Sox for the win! That is baseball, many games have turned on an umpires decision, and many will in the future!

Do you honestly want replay in MLB....I do not, in any way want the great sport invaded by instant replay that takes more away from a game than it adds! The beauty of MLB is the closeness of plays like Crede getting double up on second last nite! That could have gone either way!

Angels should be inspired to win at home after the egredious nature of that call!

What was funny was the press conference after the game, with Ozzie and Mike S not wanting to touch on the call, and the three stoogies (umpires) acting so damn sure of themselves, and just walking all over their statements.....Saturday Nite Live couldn't do a better skit on that, could you imagine, Bill Murray, Jim/John Belushi and Drew Carey playing the umpires in a press conference!>!?!?!

LOL

Go Angels get that one back and several more!

Being the Red Sox are dead, I decided to cheer for the White Sox. After last night's fiasco, I feel a little dirty now too.

I love how some of the media are trying to assign some blame to the Angel's catcher. How can an umpire call something he didn't see?

Now I'm not sure who I want to win this series.

I am a huge Angels fan and a big Sciosia fan. I have even more admiration and respect for him after that press conference. It would have been real easy for him to lay into the umpires but he was all class. He put it back on the Angels for not playing well enough to absorb the bad call.

GO ANGELS!

Brian

He went up even higher in my book after the game, and he is one of the best and one of the classiest of all MLB managers! Stupid Dodgers let us have him, and now they will never get him with that cheap ass parking lot attendent owning the team!

Go Angels

Sciosia was right. Controversial call...yes. But you can't score one run and then blame someone else for not winning.
