We don't stack our wood all pretty, till we move it to the front porch LOL

This is a pile of Red Oak, cut last year. I burn a mixture of red oak, and hickory.

Homebrew,

How many cars are in the yard? That is also a Hillbilly badge of honor as well, isn't it?

You ain't kidding MACS. I'd hook that cherry trailer up in the background and ram that pile a couple of times before attempting to move that wood.

Hey William,

That is a 1964 Ford Custom. I am in the process of a restoration project. I am putting in new wiring right now. The original ceramic fuseblock, only had 3 fuses. Lights, Ignition, and radio. LOL

I Love simplicity.

P.S. That camper is a 68 LIL Loafer. And there are no snakes in the yard. Between the cats, and my dog, they all get killed before they get far.

Homebrew, thats exactly how we do it as well...

My Brother will be home towards the end of the month and he and I will be pulling up some of his fallen tree's (7-8) in his timber and cutting them up for the winter... I've got my woodburner in the woodshop to heat again this year and he and his wife team over the road.. so he told a neighbor he also can get in on this years stockpile as well..

I've gotten spoiled to wood heat LOL

Homebrew,

I hate to poke fun, but that is a pretty small woodpile!

Round here the size of your woodpile is a source of pride. My friend at work brings pictures of his in to show off (no bull).

I don't have a woodpile (I have free gas), but I DO have a old fridge on my front porch and some empty kegs in the yard, so that puts me on equal terms.

Hey Andy,

That was just one of the piles, around the yard. There are 32 seperate piles scattered around the property. I believe that was just one truckload. Most piles have 3-4 loads, per pile.

By the way. There are 16 non running vehicles scattered around the property as well.

"^

Not around here. LOL

Around here all of the car carcasses would be stripped of their headlights to make meth pipes. LOL
