I'd like to give my humidor a jumpstart by getting some quality sticks. I have five new CDs -- a classic rock sampler?! -- that I will send to the first forum veteran ONLY (need to make sure this person has board cred) in exchange for whatever you think is fair after you receive the latest from Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison, Journey and a Pink Floyd tribute. Interested? Reply here with your e-mail addy. I'll smoke. You'll rock and smoke.

You've got e-mail. It's from a yahoo account, so if you have a spam filter, be aware it might go there.

Cigarhusker, never got your email. I think I'll pass on this, things are a little too crazy for me right now. Hope to catch you on another trade.

cigarhusker, where are you located? Is the husker for the Nebraska HUSKERS? If so we may be close.

I was born in Nebraska, grew up in Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska. But I live in the Northwest now. (I like mountains!)

I visit every year, though, to go back to my dad's ranch.

There's NOTHING wrong with Neil Young. I like his old stuff a lot, but I'm just not really into him anymore.

What I'm more confused by is the fact that I offered up $60 to $75 worth of new classic-rock CDs -- all 2005 releases -- and none of the old fogies with cigars up to their ears were interested in unloading a few for those discs.

trades for CDs never seem to do well. Are you sending the original CD or just a copy? Clarifying that will help.

Now you musical offers are another story.

Journey - maybe in the 80s

Clapton - good stuff

Neil Young - Southern man don't need him around anyhow

Van Morrison - not my cup of tea

Pink Floyd - saw them several times and have most of the library why bother with a tribute

At least you are sending **** some AC/DC

These are original CDs. None have been played, although the cellophane wrapper is off most of them. But that's fine, I'll just hold onto them. Make great gifts.
