Fortunately, Jim Johnson and John Harbaugh has their crews ready to go this past weekend, and they did a fantastic job.

Denver is going to be tough. But, if the Giants can beat them, I am confident the Eagles can, too. That is, if their running game is back in order. Unfortunately, when you pass the ball 99% of the time, you don't give Westbrook and company much of a chance to work things out.

They really need a better running game or they are going nowhere this year. I don't think Westbrrok is enough.We need to pick someone up Quick.

Westbrook was enough last year and he can be enough this year...they just have to use him the right way. He was the go-to guy last year. He needs more touches...teams need to focus on shutting him down again, which will free up Greg Lewis and TO in the secondary. There's no balance...it's just poorly executed West Coast Offense. The opposing defense is no longer confused.

Maybe they should dust off Mike Quick. They need another threat at receiver.

Although Pinkston had alligator arms, it was nice opening each game with a 40-50 yard pass downfield, instantly putting them in good field position. Whether they scored or not, it instantly set the tempo each week.

They do need another threat in the receiver department.

The Eagles' defense took the week off.

You don't get too many chances to get to the Super Bowl. If they were gonna finally win it, this would have been the year. They made it there last year, but fell short. This year, they have let the chance totally slip by. TO(TOO) and his private war with management and Donovan. Donovan and his chest injury and hernia. An 'O' line that can't block. Not getting the ball to Westbrook enough. Defensive players getting tossed from games before they even start.

Better luck next year Philly fan. Maybe TO(TOO) will feel better about his contract by then and stop whining....Or not.

With all the steroid testing, I would hestitate to offer rickmaven a contract, but he does have a load of upside.

Well, with big, fat-mouth TO on the sidelines... this is looking more and more like a 'rebuilding' year.

TO has talked his way out of a big contract. 4 straight NFC championship games and a loss in the superbowl and this is what you get when you add a 'me first' jack-ass to your team.

I'm just saddened because he was a stud on my fantasy team. Gonna be hard to make up the points he always got me. Too bad he is such an ass... he has so much talent.
