Well as some of ya know i had my birthday on friday and to help me celebrate it Dave and Lauren sent me a gift....a lovely gift of all kinds of stuff!!

WOW! i get amused over small things sometimes!! and in a recent post i told him to send me some stickers......and sure enough!!! i got a fantastic sticker!! a real nice promotional one that he sticks inside the humidors....fancy!! and two of his small oval trademark stickers that many of ya have seen!
and those were the small things!
and for the brunt of it all!
11 fine looking smokes of which i've only smoked one before..the indian tabac maduro....i likes!
2 of his own beautiful smokes..and i do mean that...they look great with the new bands on them!!mmmm smells good!!!
and i'm not good with listing precise kinds but i'm tickled with the selection!
a nice looking Gispert , an H.Upmann 1844 am REO which looks yummy indeed!
and is the Caribbean Casino's a house brand ( a casino)or a name brand??
a Cacique Miami , VS Primeros.... and a Montecristo #2

All fantastic looking!!
i do like the shape of your cigar there!!

but that's not all!! like a infomercial!!

BUT WAIT...THERE'S MORE !!!
hehe

he also sent me a cutter with his logo on it! and to top it all off , was this small black box....and upon opening it i was knocked back!!! a real nice lighter !
with an eagle on it with a banner above stating "100 Years" , and below saying "1903-2003" !!
HEAVY LITTLE BOOGER TOO!!

Kind words there blood!!
thanx!

Oh-yeah....i'm pondering on what project i can do with the big label !!

Thank you ****, Blood and K9. You all are great.
Happy birthday once again. BTW, That is a Harley Davidson Lighter. 100 year anniversary. Not top of the line but I find they work pretty good. That package was nothing compared to what you had sent me. This was just a start. Hehe. You deserve it!!!
Dave

still a pretty nice lighter there boss!
i was checking out your site a little bit ago and saw it in a picture.
i didn't know it was a HD when i posted...but i knew it was nice!!

As far as the label goes, we are thinking about going back to the original from 1882 in the oval shape and raised gold like seen on the antique boxes in the pictures. Can't wait to see the price on that. We would just use them on the new line. It's either that or have the picture burnt into the lid since they will be Spanish Cedar boxes. Decisions, desisions.

Label!!

some ar etrue works of art.....and if you do go to the label....i wouldn't mind having one , if possible!
my brother who also smokes cigars has made a real nice collage out of box lids that have some nice looking art on them...put in a time piece and now has a real nice looking clock hanging on the wall in his den.
i'm sure "burning" it in would/should be cheaper though...to keep costs down....which in turn keeps the prices down.....and we all like that!
hehehe

i'm gonna have to get me a box when your up and ready with them!
